Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of cryptokiller.org and all services we provide. By using the site, browsing investigations, or submitting a report, you agree to the terms described here. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors worldwide, with jurisdiction-specific provisions where relevant. Last updated: 2026-04-24.
Who we are
cryptokiller.org is operated by DEX Algo Technologies Pte Ltd., a company registered in Singapore. References to "CryptoKiller", "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to DEX Algo Technologies Pte Ltd. and its authorised representatives. References to "you" or "your" refer to the individual or entity accessing the site.
Nature of our content
CryptoKiller publishes evidence-based investigations into cryptocurrency-related brands, products, and advertising campaigns. Our investigations draw conclusions — including threat scores and verbal characterisations such as "scam", "high risk", or "confirmed fraudulent" — from the evidence cited in each investigation. These conclusions are our editorial assessment based on the evidence available at the time of publication.
Our content is not financial advice, not investment advice, and not legal advice. We do not recommend specific investments, and we do not certify any product as safe. A brand we have not investigated, or that we have assessed as low risk, is not endorsed by us — absence of a CryptoKiller investigation is not a signal of legitimacy.
Investigations are updated when new evidence emerges. The latest version of any investigation is the version currently served at its canonical URL. We do not guarantee that archived snapshots of earlier versions reflect our current assessment.
Content licensing and usage
Our investigations, methodology documentation, and related written content are protected by copyright and are the property of DEX Algo Technologies Pte Ltd. You may:
- Read, share, and reference our content for personal, educational, and journalistic purposes.
- Quote short excerpts with attribution to CryptoKiller and a link to the original source.
- Link to our investigations from your own site, blog, forum post, or social media.
- Use our published evidence — including the threat scores and red flag summaries — as a starting point for your own due diligence.
What you may not do
The following are prohibited uses of the site and its content:
- Wholesale reproduction of investigation content on other sites, with or without attribution. Quote short excerpts, link to the original — do not republish full investigations.
- Automated scraping or crawling of the site at rates that burden our infrastructure, including bulk-downloading investigation content or evidence archives. Reasonable crawling by search engines and AI answer systems is welcomed and explicitly permitted by our robots.txt.
- Using our brand name, logo, or reputation to imply endorsement of any product, service, or platform.
- Submitting fabricated scam reports, reports about non-scam parties intended to harass, or reports designed to manipulate our threat scores for competitive or financial reasons.
- Any use of the site that attempts to circumvent security controls, access unauthorised data, or disrupt service for other users.
- Use of the site content to train machine-learning models for commercial systems without a separate agreement. AI answer engines and search systems citing our investigations in response to user queries are explicitly welcomed; bulk training on our content without attribution or permission is not.
Report submissions
When you submit a report through our reporting form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant CryptoKiller a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the submitted information for the purpose of investigation and publication, subject to the confidentiality commitments in our privacy policy.
You retain all rights to your own underlying information. You can request deletion of your submission at any time — see the privacy policy for the procedure.
We reserve the right to decline to publish or investigate based on submitted reports, without obligation to explain the specific decision. Submission does not guarantee investigation.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our investigations cover every scam, that our threat scores are absolute measures of risk, or that the absence of an investigation means a platform is legitimate. Due diligence beyond CryptoKiller is always your responsibility before making any financial decision.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components — though we make reasonable efforts to ensure all three.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoKiller and its operators, employees, and representatives are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, inability to use the site, or reliance on any content we publish.
If despite the above disclaimers a court finds we are liable to you, our total aggregate liability is limited to USD 100 or the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months, whichever is greater. Since we do not charge users of the site, USD 100 is the typical maximum.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore — except that, where local consumer-protection law grants you non-waivable rights to bring claims in your local courts, those rights are not affected.
Before pursuing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us in good faith at corrections@cryptokiller.org and allow us 30 days to resolve the dispute informally.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our practices or legal requirements change. Material changes are announced at the top of this page, and the last-updated date is always current. Continued use of the site after material changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with updated terms, please discontinue use of the site.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I republish CryptoKiller investigations on my site?
No — wholesale republication of investigations is not permitted. You may quote short excerpts (a few sentences) with attribution and a link to the original source, and you may freely link to our investigations from your content. If you are a journalist or researcher requiring broader reproduction rights, contact corrections@cryptokiller.org to discuss a specific arrangement.
Can AI systems cite your investigations?
Yes. AI search and answer systems (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, and similar) citing our investigations in response to user queries are explicitly welcomed. We publish with structured data specifically to make this citation accurate and attributed. Bulk-scraping our content to train models without attribution or agreement, however, is not permitted.
What if I disagree with a threat score you've assigned to a brand?
The correction path is email corrections@cryptokiller.org with the investigation URL and a specific, evidence-based explanation of what you believe is incorrect. We review every correction request on its merits, regardless of who it comes from. We do not charge for corrections and we do not condition them on any form of payment or quiet agreement.
If I suffer a financial loss based on trusting or not trusting a CryptoKiller investigation, are you liable?
No. Our content is editorial assessment based on cited evidence. It is not financial advice, and we disclaim liability for losses arising from reliance on our content. Any investment decision requires your own due diligence beyond CryptoKiller, including consulting the primary regulatory sources we cite and, where appropriate, qualified professional advisors.
How do I report a legal or copyright concern?
Email corrections@cryptokiller.org with the URL of the content at issue and a clear description of the concern. For copyright claims, please include the specific material you claim is infringed, your contact information, and a good-faith statement that you are the rightsholder or authorised to act on their behalf. We review all legal notices promptly and act in accordance with the applicable copyright law.
